My name is Steve, and I have been writing resumes for just about every job type imaginable for over 10 years now. With a background in both business and education, and degrees in English, Classics and Secondary Education, I am uniquely positioned to be of help.

When you work with Quality Resumes, you work with the owner. I don't farm out any work or hire a temporary staff. I believe a well crafted resume comes from a partnership between writer and client. So, you've got me until you are satisfied. 

I have the hiring/staffing experience as well as the writing experience to make you stand out in the crowded job market. As a globally recognized professional resume service, I work with clients all over the U.S., in addition to Canada, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Japan, Germany, Taiwan, China, Australia and India. I work closely with our clients and ensure the quality of all resumes, as well as complete client satisfaction.

How I Work:

Every client and project is unique, so the bottom line is, I will make it work for you, whatever your particular situation may be. That is one of the benefits of working with a personal writer rather than a big-box writing service. Below is an outline of how I normally work with a new client.

First, the client will email me and let me know about their situation and particular needs. Often a current resume will be forwarded so that I can provide a review and give specific recommendations about moving forward.

Once a client has hired me, I will research their particular field for the key terms that many auto scanners will search for. Then I will take their initial information along with my research and create a branded resume. By branded resume, I mean one that tells a unique story and creates a personal brand that can be used across multiple platforms.

After I have completed a first draft, I send it to the client for comments. Normally, there are a few tweaks needed at this point, or some additional detail may be remembered that we should include.

The last step is to create a final of the resume and then create the additional documents. The whole process usually takes 3-5  business days. However, if there is a rush, that can be accommodated as well.

The key is that I will work with you until you are happy with the final results.
